Wye Consult + Design Ltd are an independent design practice. We specialise in the detailed design and design development of smart building systems within the built environment.
We feel our prime benefit is project co-ordination between multiple IP partners using a converged network infrastructure within the built environment.
Using the information gathered as part of our process, we produce all of the required design deliverables; including drawings, elevations, technical submittals and schedules and manage these through to construction status at BIM level 2.
The benefit of our service has proven to relieve the Project Management team of these tasks, enabling them to concentrate on budgets and programmes.
This service is fixed cost.
Consultancy
Acting on behalf of the client we can progress your new project from conception through to hand-over whilst concept and detailed design, cost evaluation and feasibility studies, tender package analysis and contractor interview and selection. Our consultancy package offers a clear line to the latest technology and practices enabling your project to be in the best hands.
Quality Management and Audit
The ELV infrastructure within your building should be considered a valuable asset. Any weakness can quickly lead to downtime and the risk of serious potential loss.
Managing the Quality Metrics of the installation and post installation checks are the favoured protocols to mitigate against poor quality site work.

Cabling Plant Audit
Should you already have existing structured cabling, we also provide an independent auditing service. Your cabling infrastructure is critical to your daily operations and any unplanned downtime will have a serious impact on your bottom line. To ensure that your system is effective, our engineers will use the latest equipment to test everything in your building. We'll publish these results in plain, understandable English and highlight all potential risks, with our recommendations to improve these.
